Qualifications

• Certification in CompTIA Network+ or A+ or Security+ or CISSP or AWS/Microsoft equivalents.
• Minimum of one year teaching or training experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and update IT certification bootcamp curricula.
• Familiar with online teaching tools and adult learner strategies.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Schedule evenings and weekends as needed.
• Plan instruction to maximize learning and engagement.
• Align instruction with adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Keep materials up to date and compliant with standards.
• Maintain FERPA compliance and data security.
