Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an IT Category Manager to lead how we plan and buy software, hardware, cloud, telecom, data, and IT services for the Technology & Data Solutions group. You will translate roadmaps into practical sourcing plans, drive savings, and manage supplier relationships across a global organization.

Collaborating with business leaders and Legal, you’ll lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals, while promoting standard processes and data-driven dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracting, licensing, data privacy, and supplier risk.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for software, hardware, cloud, telecom, data, and services that support TDS and business priorities.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and relationship management for IT partners; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Drive RFPs, RFQs, renewals, and negotiations; review contracts and SOWs with Legal; analyze spend and licensing for savings.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business leaders to improve procurement processes and deliver dashboards and insights.
