Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Procurement team seeks an IT Category Manager to lead software, hardware, cloud, telecom, data, and IT services sourcing. You will translate roadmaps into practical procurement plans, drive supplier strategy, and manage contracts to deliver savings and risk reduction.

This role partners with Technology & Data Solutions and business leaders across a global, matrixed organization, with remote work options and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT category management and strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of IT buying categories including software, hardware, cloud, data.
• Experience with contracting, licensing, data privacy, and risk.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Develop buying strategies for software, hardware, cloud, telecom, data, and IT services.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Own category plans including demand, market research, savings targets.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business leaders; promote process improvements.
