Job summary

Connico is seeking an IT & Business Systems Administrator to serve as a key internal resource for employee technology support, business systems, and cybersecurity compliance. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining end-user devices, administering SharePoint and business systems like Monday.com and Deltek Ajera, and supporting CMMC requirements to keep the organization secure and productive.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
Strong experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and common connectivity issues.
Experience administering SharePoint or similar document-management environments.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access management.
Ability to troubleshoot routine technology issues and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary internal resource for Tier 1 technology support and device management.
Administer SharePoint, and support Monday.com and Deltek Ajera with user access and project setup.
Develop workflows, automations, and integrations to improve internal project-management processes.
Support reporting needs and build/maintain SQL-based reports and dashboards as proficiency grows.
Collaborate with IT vendors and the Digital Transformation team to identify system improvements and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
