Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an IT Auditor 4 to lead IT audits within the Bureau of Information Technology Audits. You will manage teams, oversee data analytics, CAATs, and IT control testing across statewide audits.

Responsibilities include developing testing approaches, ensuring compliance with GAAS/ISACA standards, and training staff. Telework is offered with occasional Harrisburg travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer science, data analytics, finance, economics, information technology, math, or related field
• 1 year experience as Auditor 3 / IT Auditor 3 or equivalent OR 4 years in accounting/auditing with supervisory experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience including a relevant bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Audit leadership and manage daily activities of IT Auditors
• Assign tasks and monitor progress of audit work
• Perform first-level reviews of data analytics, CAATs, and IT control testing
• Conduct complex IT control testing and develop data analytics approaches
• Maintain knowledge of ACL and IT audit manuals and standards
• Train staff on standards, procedures, software, and working paper techniques
