Job summary

Everise seeks a Recovery Operations Lead to own the end-to-end IT asset recovery process for a distributed, largely work‑at‑home workforce. You will drive return rates, shorten cycle times, and ensure compliance with employment law while coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Legal.

You will manage workflows for leavers, coordinate reverse logistics, track devices from departure to receipt, and develop dashboards with KPIs like recovery rate, cost per recovery, and aging of open cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT asset management or reverse logistics.
• Experience with enterprise ITAM/CMDB platforms.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across HR, Payroll, IT, Legal.
• Data-literate with Excel and BI tools.
• Experience in a BPO or distributed work‑at‑home environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT asset recovery workflow for leavers across remote and on‑site workforce.
• Coordinate reverse logistics: prepaid return kits, courier pickups, drop‑off options.
• Track devices from separation trigger to receipt and drive down in‑transit losses.
• Handle escalations for non‑returners, damaged or incomplete returns, and disputes.
• Partner with ITAM, HRIS, and Legal to ensure accurate asset disposition and compliance.
