Job summary

Everise is seeking an experienced Recovery Operations Leader to manage IT asset return workflows for a largely work-at-home BPO workforce. You will drive end-to-end asset-recovery processes, ensuring compliance, timely returns, and cost control across HR, Payroll, and IT.

You will partner with ITAM, HR, and Legal to optimize returns, reduce leakage, and implement innovative recovery approaches while maintaining data accuracy and security across Intune and endpoint tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT asset management, reverse logistics, endpoint operations, or offboarding in large distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT portion of the offboarding runbook and recovery process.
• Coordinate reverse logistics, track devices, and manage escalations for non-returners.
