Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience through help desk, internships, home lab, certifications, or academic projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID and Intune, or quick learner.
• Exposure to ticketing platforms (ConnectWise Manage) and remote monitoring tools (NinjaOne).
• Basic scripting ability (Python or PowerShell).
• Interest in cybersecurity and endpoint protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support and secure a modern Microsoft 365 environment and build automations to reduce repetitive IT work.
• Handle day-to-day support tickets, manage endpoints, respond to security alerts.
• Document solutions clearly and keep devices, identities, and access policies secure.
• Collaborate with end users and IT team to resolve issues quickly; remote work readiness.
