Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking an IT Analyst 1 – Inbound (DO Hardware) to provide remote support to dental team members. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and imaging systems, document tickets, and escalate when needed.

You’ll report to the IT Dental Office Support Manager or Supervisor and participate in on-call rotations until 8PM weekdays and some Saturdays. This role emphasizes customer service and fast, accurate issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and IT service desk basics.
• 1+ years troubleshooting hardware remotely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to Heartland Dental team members.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and imaging systems.
• Document and manage service desk tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
