Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps.
• Ability to manage complex deployments and security considerations.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End to end IT application development management from concept to deployment.
• Manage scope, planning, vendor management, budget estimation, and security compliance.
• Lead Agile initiatives in a DevOps context.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; anticipate needs.
• Track outcomes; resolve issues, dependencies, and critical path.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Program Management Reviews to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, security, and data integration.
