Job summary

OmniSolve INC is seeking an IT Agile Project Manager to lead a civilian government client’s deployments. You will oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to SDLC, agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), security and data integration standards, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Two+ years overseeing IT projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related practices
• Five+ years PM experience with IT systems and a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/related field
• Eight+ years PM experience with IT systems and no degree requirement

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT application development management from concept to deployment
• Manage scope, planning, vendor management, budget estimation and security compliance
• Lead initiatives using Agile in a DevOps framework
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Track outcomes, resolve issues, dependencies and critical paths
• Present Quarterly PMR to Leadership
• Ensure quality standards and security/data integration practices
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
• Self-direct and prioritize amidst evolving projects
• Evaluate metrics and project effectiveness
• Recommend actions and adapt to changing needs
