Job summary

Dragos is seeking an IT Administration professional to extend follow-the-sun coverage for UK/EU and broader EMEA colleagues. You will provision and support endpoints, manage joiner/mover/leaver processes, and deliver Tier 1 and 2 IT support through Jira Service Management.

This hands-on role thrives in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment. You will support global IT projects, integrate new teams onto Dragos standards, and maintain runbooks while providing UK/EU coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT support in a corporate end-user environment.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/endpoint management (Intune and Jamf).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
• Comfortable with a ticketing/ITSM tool (Jira Service Management) and SLAs.
• Endpoint hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking.
• Clear written and verbal English; able to work independently in remote-first team.
• GDPR/UK data-protection awareness; familiarity with CMDB and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting Arabic-speaking region / Middle East preferred.
• Experience with zero-trust and privileged access tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provision new-hire accounts, equipment, and access; onboarding checklists across identity, endpoint, and SaaS.
• Execute timely access revocation and account deactivation; coordinate equipment recovery.
• Deploy macOS and Windows laptops, including developer-spec machines and refresh program.
• Coordinate shipping, returns, device wipes, and equipment recovery with accurate CMDB records.
• Administer and troubleshoot enrollment and policies.
• Manage applications across the Dragos SaaS estate.
• Own and resolve incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management; meet SLAs.
• Maintain asset records, runbooks, and provide EMEA coverage during UK/EU hours; support global IT projects and M&A integrations.
