Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Operations Project Manager to join our remote-first Business Operations & Technology team.

You will own day-to-day execution of senior-level operational projects across hardware, logistics, procurement, and cross-departmental initiatives spanning IT, Security, Facilities, and Product & Engineering. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of IT or business operations project experience, strong Agile/Scrum mastery, and proven ability to drive executive-level

Qualifications

10+ years leading IT or business operations projects in production environments.
Proficient with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives.
Experience with Jira/Confluence and Atlassian tools.
Ability to develop project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and exec-ready reports.
Experience with hardware/asset logistics or supply chain ops; international exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of complex operational projects spanning hardware, logistics, procurement, and vendor management.
Manage global logistics operations, including international shipments and lifecycle tracking.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, forecasts, and milestones.
Own sprint tracking and Agile ceremonies for active workstreams.
Mentor junior PMs and ensure PMO governance and reporting.
