Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, academic medical centers, or regulated environments.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
• Familiarity with Epic or other digital health technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid PM methodologies.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow analysis and improvements within a large academic health system.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT, operations, and vendors.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
