Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Clinical Integration Analyst to join the IS Client Services team at Burnet Campus. In this role you will become the technology expert behind patient care, collaborating with clinicians to keep essential systems up and performing in critical environments.

You will support clinical applications, troubleshoot hardware and software across devices, and help manage projects to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact in Operating Rooms, Trauma Bay, and In-Patient locations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Technical support for clinical environments and applications
• Participate in small to medium projects and track deliverables
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues on printers and devices
• Support enterprise-wide software deployments and configurations
• Educate teams on new technology and best practices
