Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced IRT Project Manager in the United States to lead study-specific IRT implementation, support ongoing conduct, closeout, and decommission activities. You will coordinate with Clinical Trial Supply, Global Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, and vendors to deliver on-time results.

You will manage timelines, risk logs, UAT, URS input, and closeout documentation while ensuring compliance with GxP and ICH E6 standards.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences, health sciences, IT or related field, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5–6 years in clinical systems project management with IRT/eCOA focus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-specific IRT implementation teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create and manage IRT timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Provide vendor oversight and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, ICH E6).
• Plan, facilitate, and lead IRT study review meetings and UAT.
• Define data exchange requirements and oversee system integrations.
