Ideal candidates are registered attorneys or experienced in trademark prosecution with a J.D., having 1–4 years in IP work and excellent written communication skills. The position is fully remote, requiring a minimum of 15 hours/week, with compensation of $100-150 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registered patent attorney (USPTO/CIPO) or trademark prosecution experience.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in IP prosecution or litigation.
• Bar admission or registration in good standing.

Responsibilities
