Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support its Intellectual Property and Corporate Governance initiatives across the Americas. You will work with in-house attorneys, business stakeholders, and outside counsel to manage deadlines, filings, and governance records.

The role offers remote work, exposure to IP docketing and corporate governance, and opportunities to learn across areas with a collaborative legal team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• 5+ years of direct experience in patent and trademark docketing or corporate governance.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international patent and trademark docketing and deadlines.
• Coordinate filings with employees, in-house attorneys, and outside counsel.
• Maintain IP portfolio records and budgeting for filings and maintenance.
• Prepare board, shareholder, and committee materials and filings.
• Maintain corporate records, organizational charts, and director lists.
