Job summary

SWEVEN in Central Florida is seeking a reliable electronics professional to assemble, test, and quality-check small-batch IoT devices in a hybrid role. Work primarily from your own workspace with occasional visits to our warehouse.

You will follow SOPs and engineering drawings, conduct functional tests, maintain logs, and ensure high-quality output for mission-critical environments. Candidates should have a dedicated workspace, basic electronics tools, and strong communication to report progress

Qualifications

• Must reside in Central Florida and be able to work in a hybrid model.
• Professional electronics assembly experience required.
• Dedicated workspace (minimum one full room).
• Basic electronics equipment: multimeter, ESD mat, hand tools, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Reliable communication and ability to follow precise build procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble IoT hardware devices following SOPs and engineering drawings.
• Perform functional testing, quality checks, and documentation.
• Occasional light soldering (through-hole or small repairs).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate progress, maintain logs, and follow strict quality standards.
