Job summary

TRAX ANALYTICS LLC is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support deployment efforts across various platforms. This hybrid/remote role involves collaborating with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure successful system setups and align implementation activities with project timelines. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in software or IoT system implementation. Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail are essential. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or IoT system implementation.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and implementation processes.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and network connectivity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to align technology implementation milestones.
• Oversee system configuration and testing phases.
• Coordinate with teams on hardware readiness and deployment sequencing.
• Manage pre-installation documentation and client approvals.
• Participate in UAT testing to ensure system activation.
• Track implementation schedules and risk items.
• Maintain communication for resource planning.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and archiving.
• Contribute to operational meetings with updates.
• Support alignment between customer expectations and delivery.
