Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking a licensed therapist to deliver individual, group and family therapy via virtual Intensive Outpatient programs. The role requires Tennessee licensure with willingness to obtain additional state licenses and at least two years of mental health experience.

The position emphasizes collaborative care, accurate psychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning within a nationwide behavioral health network that supports clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Must hold a Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LMFT) or PhD; PsyD with HSP, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions in a virtual Intensive Outpatient program.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, discharge plans and reports per guidelines.
• Maintains documentation reflecting ongoing assessments and client progress.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care from admission to discharge.
