Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a Remote IOP Mental Health Therapist (SUD) to deliver evidence-based therapy to patients nationwide. The role is full-time and remote with evening coverage—5:00–8:00 PM ET on weekdays—and daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Compensation includes a base salary plus a monthly incentive and protected time for documentation and supervision. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and employer-paid disability and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional in Ohio with LPCC/LISW or IMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience with substance use disorders.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IOP or PHP setting.
• Telehealth platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, DBT to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement care plans.
• Support crises and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
