Job summary

Steadfast Health, Inc. is seeking a Remote IOP Therapist (LPCC, LISW, IMFT) to join our telehealth team. Core evening hours are required (Mon–Wed 5:00–8:00 PM; Thu evenings for individual sessions). Flexible scheduling options include long shifts with Fridays off or shorter shifts with later starts.

The role focuses on evidence-based therapy for substance use disorders, with in-house billing and AI-assisted documentation support. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as LPCC/LISW/IMFT.
• Minimum 2 years of therapy experience with SUD.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IOP/PHP settings.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team for integrated care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and case notes.
• Support marginalized populations and improve access to care.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and resources.
• Engage in case consultations and ongoing training.
