Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Default Invoice Coordinator to review vendor invoices for approval, ensure alignment with allowable amounts, and perform reconciliations. This remote role offers an hourly starting wage of $20.00–$21.50, with growth through accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires basic billing experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills to support servicing compliance across FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, FNMA, and FHLMC

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for compliance with agency and company allowable amounts.
• Verify supporting documentation reflects actual work completed.
• Process invoices promptly to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, FNMA, FHLMC servicing requirements.
