Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor accounting reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with servicing agreements. This role collaborates with other mortgage servicing departments to meet investor guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• GNMA experience and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization monthly.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports to trustees (e.g., Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidation Gains and Losses, Stop Advancing Report).
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliation for discrepancies and makes corrections.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial account.
• Validates data with other departments and resolves discrepancies.
