The Investor Reporting Analyst at Carrington Mortgage Services oversees monthly investor accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to servicing agreements. You will coordinate with mortgage servicing teams to prepare remittance reports, wire funds, and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

• GNMA experience and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience, including investor accounting and reporting, required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advance for securitization monthly.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliation for discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial account.
• Validates data with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
