Carrington Mortgage Services, a remote-friendly employer, seeks an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor accounting reports and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will coordinate with servicing teams, prepare remittance and loan-level reports, and remit funds to investors by wire. 1–2 years in investor accounting required; GNMA/MBS experience preferred; HS diploma with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• One to two years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• GNMA and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization monthly.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports.
• Remits funds to investors via wire transfers.
• Reviews pool to security reconciliations and corrects discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain custodial cash.
• Validates data with other departments and resolves discrepancies.
