Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to work remotely from home in the United States. You will generate monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, analyze results, and ensure timely, compliant reporting under servicing agreements.

This role focuses on routine accounts with established investor contracts, including loan-level reporting, cash reconciliation, wire transfers, and forecasting, with a starting pay range of $31-$36 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related investor accounting and reporting experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to make decisions with moderate impact on the work unit.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own schedule beyond one month.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and balance results accurately.
• Strong spoken communication to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to read and interpret investor guidelines for reporting and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustees (e.g., Loan Modification Report, REO gains/losses).
• Balances cash received against cash remitted, including tracking advances.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances monthly for securitization per pooling and servicing agreements.
• Reviews payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintains the reporting system for changes to principal balances, stop codes, and reinstated loans.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliations for discrepancies and corrections.
• Analyzes remittance differences between investor accounting and remittance reports to maintain cash in custodial accounts.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
