Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Schedule/schedule experience preferred.
• GNMA experience and Mortgage-Backed Securities experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization monthly, ensuring reports meet timeframes and terms in the servicing agreement.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports to the trustee, including key reports.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Reviews pool to security reconciliation for discrepancies and makes corrections.
• Analyzes remittance differences between investor accounting reports and remittance reports to maintain cash in custody.
• Validates data from other departments and resolves discrepancies.
