Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to produce monthly accounting reports for assigned investors and ensure timely, compliant reporting per servicing agreements.

The role supports coordination across mortgage servicing teams, with a focus on routine accounts under established investor contracts. Target pay ranges and benefits are provided in the company information. Remote work from home is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting related experience.
• GNMA and MBS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization on a monthly basis.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports to trustee.
• Remits funds to investors via wire transfers.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliations for discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial accounts.
• Validates data from other departments and resolves discrepancies.
