Job summary

Pairs is building an investment network focused on family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angels and funds. This role centers on end-to-end investor outreach, qualification, and meetings with founders to advance opportunities.

You will operate alongside the co-founders and the investor team in a fully remote setup. This is an early-career opportunity that rewards rigor, precision, and process - you’ll learn to screen opportunities, assess fit, and convert conversations into meaningful

Qualifications

Have worked as an analyst in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance or capital advisory.
Built investor or buyer lists on live processes.
Able to write concise messages to busy investors and secure replies.
Maintain high pace without sacrificing quality, following a clear process.

Responsibilities

Build investor lists by stage, sector, check size and activity, and qualify before outreach.
Draft and send first outreach messages that feel personalized to each investor, driving replies to calls.
Book investor meetings with founders, providing context and materials as needed.
Log conversations, meetings and outcomes to keep records complete and accessible.
