Pairs is a global network connecting family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We hire an Investment Banking Analyst to research, reach and book investors behind each opportunity on Pairs.

The role sits on the investor side: you will build investor lists, draft outreach, initiate conversations, and book meetings with founders whose opportunities fit our diligence criteria. You will maintain rigorous records and operate with discretion in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and building investor lists for outreach.
• Ability to craft concise, tailored messages for busy investors.
• Strong discretion and professional communication in outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain investor lists by stage, sector and activity.
• Lead first conversations with investors and convert replies to meetings.
• Book qualified investors into founder calls with context for the opportunity.
• Log all conversations and outcomes to keep the pipeline intact.
