Job summary

Pairs is a global network connecting family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We are hiring a Venture Capital Associate to grow our investor network, lead direct outreach, and introduce qualified investors to high-potential private companies.

You will work directly with our co-founders on a lean, fast-moving team and manage relationships over time. The ideal candidate has built investor relationships, closed at least one direct investment, and uses AI tools to augment sourcing

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and managing investor relationships.
• Experience moving investors from initial conversation to direct investment.
• Strong understanding of what investors look for: stage, check size, sector.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relationships and keep them current.
• Grow the investor network monthly with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and angels.
• Match investors to opportunities based on stage, sector, and check size.
• Maintain ongoing engagement between opportunities to keep investors active.
