Korn Ferry is seeking a Finance Transaction Integration Accountant to support the accounting integration of new and complex investment transactions from diligence to ledger implementation and reporting.

The role requires a strong investment accounting background, deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ability to translate policy conclusions into practical ledger structures and controls. Remote work options are available as the function evolves.

Qualificações

• Solid investment accounting foundation for complex investments/structures.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to assess evolving transactions.
• Ability to translate conclusions into ledger configurations, entries, reporting requirements, and controls.
• Experience evaluating downstream accounting, reporting, and control implications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the integration of new investment transactions from diligence through implementation and reporting.
• Analyze investments and structures to determine accounting and downstream implications.
• Translate policy conclusions into ledger structures, reporting requirements, processes and controls.
• Evaluate how complex structures should be incorporated into GL and reporting environments.
• Identify financial reporting and internal control implications of new transactions.
• Establish and enhance transaction-related accounting processes and controls as the function grows.
• Collaborate with Investment Accounting, Investment Operations, and Policy teams as needed.
• Support reinsurance transactions and other workstreams as volume shifts.
• Ensure transactions are reflected accurately across accounting and reporting environments.
• Learn and operate within proprietary technology environments.
