Cutter Associates is seeking an experienced Implementation Program Manager to drive large-scale investment management technology implementations for institutional clients. You will oversee project planning, governance, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery, collaborating with senior executives and steering committees in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in investment management technology and a proven ability to lead enterprise modernization

Formación

• 15+ years in investment management technology, consulting, or transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex investment management system implementations for asset managers, asset owners, or institutional investment organizations.
• Strong understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office investment management workflows and technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and boards.
• Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic guidance while remaining actively involved in delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale investment management technology implementations, overseeing project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees.
• Manage third-party technology vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, vendors, and Cutter consulting resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.
• Facilitate critical project decisions, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support multiple client engagements and collaborate across Cutter's consulting practices as business needs evolve.
