Ethos is seeking an experienced investment analyst to help train our AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as storyline development, executive summaries, slide construction, and data-driven exhibits.

The role offers flexible, fully remote work, 5–20 hours per week, with an ASAP start and compensation of $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Investment Analyst at a top-tier bank
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production
