Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking an Investment Banking Associate contractor for a remote role focused on building high-quality datasets reflecting authentic investment banking workflows. You will design and refine tasks simulating pitch book construction, valuation analysis, market updates, and deal comparables to train AI systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in investment banking at bulge-bracket or elite platforms, plus an MBA or Master’s in Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on investment banking experience at bulge-bracket, elite boutique or leading middle-market firms.
• Completion of MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Direct track record building financial models and pitch materials reviewed by MDs or presented to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with client-ready documentation.
• Mastery in valuation judgment, deal analysis and financial analysis techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, author and refine tasks simulating pitch book construction and valuation analyses.
• Develop and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger effects, accretion/dilution).
• Deliver written analyses on deal rationale, structure and market conditions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and formatting to match IB workflows.
• Collaborate with leads to calibrate rubrics and quality standards.
• Ensure clarity and professionalism across all project documentation.
