Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment banking analysts/associates for remote, flexible engagement to train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft and refine pitch books, comps, CIMs, and other deck materials with banker-grade formatting and precision.

The role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, fully remote, and compensation of $100/hour. Prior bulge bracket or elite boutique experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique
• Strong expertise in pitch book structure, comps pages, and banker-standard formatting
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Support pitch book production, company profiles, comps pages, and CIM drafting
• Maintain banker-standard formatting and high-quality visuals in client-ready decks
