You will design tasks, write financial analyses, review models, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and professional formatting, suitable for analyst- and associate-level work.

You will calibrate rubrics, ensure precise documentation, and contribute to maintaining high-quality investment banking deliverables with strong financial judgment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in investment banking, including M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin, or industry coverage.
• Experience building financial models and pitch materials reviewed by MDs or clients.
• MBA, Master's in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks, write financial analysis, review models, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and formatting.
• Create and refine tasks covering pitch books, valuation analysis, market updates, deal comparables, and precedent transaction reviews.
• Develop and review DCF, LBO, merger consequences, accretion and dilution, trading comparables, and precedent transaction models.
• Write analysis covering deal rationale, strategic fit, capital structure, and market conditions.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, professional formatting, and alignment with investment banking deliverables.
• Help calibrate rubrics and quality standards, including complex financial reasoning edge cases.
• Maintain clear, precise, professional documentation and written communication.
