Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA/CFA preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance (internships count).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comps) for deals.
• Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and client presentations.
• Conduct industry research, company analysis, and market studies.
• Support due diligence for M&A, IPOs, and fundraising deals.
• Analyze financial statements and assess company valuations.
• Assist senior bankers in structuring and executing deals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders through online tools.
• Track deal timelines, prepare status updates, and manage virtual data rooms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all financial analysis and client deliverables.
