Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and Refinitiv databases.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets and M&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A) for valuation and analysis.
• Prepare client-ready pitch books, presentations, and deal memorandums.
• Conduct due diligence and market research for potential transactions.
• Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and executing deals.
• Analyze financial statements and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and advisors through the transaction.
