Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comps) for deals.
• Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and client presentations.
• Conduct industry research, company analysis, and market studies.
• Support due diligence for M&A, IPOs, and fundraising deals.
• Analyze financial statements and assess company valuations.
• Assist senior bankers in structuring and executing deals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders through online tools.

• Analyze financial statements and assess company valuations
• Assist senior bankers in structuring and executing deals
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders through online tools
• Track deal timelines, prepare status updates, and manage virtual data rooms
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments

Preferred candidate profile
