Qualifications

• Proven senior banking or advisory experience on M&A or industry coverage teams.
• Hands-on live acquisition/sale experience with high-quality client-facing deliverables.
• Ability to produce and review materials to senior banker or client standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support data-driven AI training work.
• Perform buyer and target screening, comps and financial modeling.
• Build, update and troubleshoot detailed Excel valuation and transaction models with logical consistency.
• Prepare and edit client-style presentations and pitchbooks reflecting transaction scenarios and rationale.
• Review sample transaction materials for numerical errors and weaknesses, providing actionable feedback.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, deal sensitivities and impact of key assumptions.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences.
