Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking an Investigations Data & Compliance Analyst for a major pharmaceutical organization. You will independently analyze complex internal investigation data, manage the EthicsPoint reporting platform, and translate metrics into strategic risk insights for executive leadership.

This is a functional expert seat at the intersection of compliance, investigations, and data. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and internal audit, and work remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compliance, investigations, ethics, or risk analytics in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on EthicsPoint administrator experience.
• Proven ability to analyze complex investigations data, identify trends, and produce executive-level risk reporting.
• Experience presenting metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong judgment on data integrity, reporting governance, and regulatory alignment.
• Cross-functional partnership with legal, compliance, and internal audit.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and perform complex analyses on investigations data to identify systemic trends, operational vulnerabilities, and compliance risks.
• Serve as the functional administrator and subject matter expert for the EthicsPoint reporting infrastructure.
• Determine data collection architectures, reporting parameters, and workflow configurations within EthicsPoint.
• Formulate, interpret, and present high-level risk metrics and recommendations directly to executive leadership.
• Evaluate investigation workflows and reporting methods and propose improvements for data integrity and governance.
• Provide analytical support and strategic guidance to internal audit, legal, and compliance partners on high-significance trends and risk exposure.
