Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Investigations Data & Compliance Analyst to lead data-driven investigations, optimize reporting, and provide executive insights.

The role focuses on EthicsPoint platform management, compliance reporting, risk analysis, and governance. You will collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and drive process improvements across the

Qualifications

Experience in IT project management and data analysis.
Hands-on EthicsPoint platform experience.
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze investigation data to identify trends, vulnerabilities and risks.
Serve as the functional administrator and SME for the EthicsPoint reporting platform.
Configure reporting parameters, workflows, data collection processes, and reporting frameworks.
Develop and present executive-level risk metrics and strategic recommendations.
Evaluate and improve investigation workflows, reporting processes, data integrity and governance.
Partner with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders.
Translate complex investigation data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Support risk mitigation and alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
