Job summary

Tailored Management seeks a Contract Intelligence Analyst to join the Compliance Intelligence Program. This role focuses on 314b request processing, SAR support, and intelligence referral triage and intake.

You will triage referrals, process 314b requests, and manage supporting documentation requests with strict adherence to program standards. You will perform open-source and internal research, assess exposure across Block platforms, route referrals to the correct queues, and maintain

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in EDD, transaction monitoring, compliance/AML, or intelligence analysis with a financial institution, law enforcement agency, or a payment-focused company.
• Direct experience with intelligence triage, case intake, or referral processing in a financial crimes or compliance environment.
• Experience processing 314b requests and/or fulfilling law enforcement documentation requests.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, risks, and typologies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct exposure checks and account matching across multiple platforms and data sources.
• Proficiency with OSINT research and collections techniques.
• Strong operations mindset with the ability to manage time-sensitive directives and self-manage workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking high volumes of requests and referrals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working within structured workflows and documenting decisions with clear rationale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central intake and triage point for referrals submitted via designated channels.
• Review incoming referrals against criteria and document rationale for triage decisions.
• Process external referrals from law enforcement and other agencies by logging, researching, and triaging leads.
• Conduct OSINT and internal checks to identify associations between activity and customer accounts.
• Route accepted referrals to investigation queues with proper tags and ownership.
• Maintain accurate records across intake trackers and assignment logs.
• Support SAR-related documentation and post-SAR outreach as needed.
