Binance is seeking a Legal Investigations Counsel for a 12-month contract. You will work closely with Compliance on high-impact investigation files, shaping how legal risk and regulatory reporting are handled in a fast-moving global environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing investigation case files for risk, analyzing regulatory filings, and refining roles between Legal and Compliance. The role requires a licensed attorney with strong analytical and written skills and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years of experience.
• Law firm background with hands-on investigation experience.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Able to handle sensitive, high-volume casework under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal review of Compliance investigation case files for risk and regulatory issues.
• Analyze regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Define and refine roles between Compliance and Legal counterparts in the investigation process.
• Track case volume and turnaround against SLAs; support resource capacity planning.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege protections on all escalated matters.
• Provide ad hoc legal analysis and support as directed by the Legal team.
