Binance is seeking a 12-month contract Legal Investigations Counsel to support Compliance investigations, regulatory reporting, and risk management. You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to shape investigations, document case assessments, and ensure timely filings in a fast-moving global environment.

Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years of experience.
- Law firm background with hands-on experience conducting investigations.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills; able to produce clear, well-structured case assessments.
- Comfortable handling sensitive, high-volume casework under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal review of Compliance investigation case files for risk and regulatory issues.
- Analyze regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Help define and refine roles and responsibilities between Compliance and Legal counterparts in the investigation process.
- Track case volume and turnaround against SLAs; support resource capacity planning.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege protections on all escalated matters.
- Provide ad hoc legal analysis and support as directed by the Legal team.
