Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Inventory Specialist Supervisor to lead our Inventory Management team. You’ll oversee backorders and escalations, coach specialists, and own the most challenging customer inventory constraints across functions.

This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving, auditing data for accuracy, and refining inventory control procedures. You’ll collaborate with Customer Care, Planning, Sales, and Marketing to keep inventory flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in inventory management, sales support, or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own final-level escalation and resolution of complex inventory issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop Inventory Specialists.
• Set department direction and ensure consistent GCO processes across product lines.
• Develop and refine inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
• Provide leadership visibility through regular inventory performance reporting.
