Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of production, warehousing, and procurement experience; 2+ years supervisory in a union environment preferred.
• ISO certified batch managed chemical site or biotech manufacturing desirable.
• Solid SAP/MRP proficiency.
• Proven project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 6-9 direct reports across Supply Assurance (buyers) and Material Handlers.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse logistics with 3,200+ parts and ensure accurate ERP/SAP transactions.
• Manage materials requirements alignment with the current supply plan and inventory metrics.
• Complete ERP transactions for procurement and warehouse; audit in ERP if needed.
• Assess resource capacity and mitigate constraints with operations and leadership.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and reduce scrap.
• Use data analytics to monitor inventory levels, turns, and forecasts; report to stakeholders.
